I’m a writer. I don’t do anything I wouldn’t write about.

I used to think like this when my nights were plagued by thoughts of death.

And I remember people like Dave Asprey saying that they wanted to live 180.

I see now that it’s all totally insane.

If you want to be immortal - be immortal!

Nothing is stopping you, other than your own thoughts.

I think people who want to live forever seriously underestimate the length of eternity.

I love this so much.

Dust in the Wind - by the great group Kansas. Partial lyric quote says it all.

Now, don't hang on

Nothin' last forever, but the earth and sky

It slips away

And all your money won't another minute buy

They were great back in the day. That song and Carry On My Wayward Son, were by far my favorites.

Re-stacking. Brilliant.

“Why are you trying to control what can’t be controlled?” I think that sums it up for me!

Thought-provoking piece. I am a pantheist-agnostic (sorta-kinda), and strongly suspect we are a multi-faceted universal entity that travels across time-space forever. We, the individuals that are part of Her, live and die, but the entity goes on. Our individual and collective experiences-memories-dreams are Hers and always have been.

That’s fascinating.
